There is no one right answer for great red wine and steak pairings, each cut of meat has its own flavour profile, not to mention the plethora of wines to choose from. The best things to do is try some pairing combinations. Better yet, taste along with us at our next steak and wine pairing event!
On Monday, August 3 from 8PM to 10PM at Couqley Restaurant in JLT, The Tasting Class will guide you through a selection of 3 different premium grape varieties paired with your favourite Steak Frites and talk you through why they work so well with one another.
