HOW DO I RECEIVE MY TICKETS?
Tickets are sent via email within 5 minutes of purchase from Woo-Commerce. Please check your junk or spam mail folder if you have not received it.
DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKET?
No. As long as you have a digital copy of the email available to show on entry, you’ll be able to enter.
WILL TICKETS BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE AT THE DOOR?
No. All tickets must be purchased in advance and sales will close 24 hours prior to each event, or earlier if sold out.
IS THERE A DRESS CODE FOR THE EVENT?
We recommend you dress smart casual and/or appropriate for the venue in question.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS IF MULTIPLE EVENTS ARE BOUGHT TOGETHER?
Not at this time, as each event is hosted at different venues – all events are treated separately.
CAN I BUY A TABLE? DO YOU HAVE A GROUP RATE?
All tickets are individually priced per person. All tickets purchased within the one order will be seated as a group, or as close proximity depending on covid restrictions at each venue.
WHAT COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES ARE IN PLACE?
As per the guidelines issued by the UAE authorities, we work with each venue to ensure all guidelines are adhered to.
I HAVE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
For most events, you will have an opportunity to let us know when purchasing your tickets as part of check out. However, please note some of our events include a set menu. You can see this in the event page description.
ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE?
No. You can, however, sell them on, or gift them to friends or family.
CAN I SWITCH TICKETS FOR ANOTHER EVENT?
No. You can, however, sell them on, or gift them to friends or family.
WHAT'S YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ILLNESS (E.G COVID)?
As per guidelines from the UAE health authorities, we cannot admit any attendees to our events who may be showing signs and/or symptoms of Covid-19.
If you are unable to make the event due to contracting Covid, you need to get in touch with ([email protected]) as soon as possible.
