Finding The Perfect Pairing – Part of Wine Education Week

We’ll be systematically explaining what elements in food and wine create great pairings, and also showing what food and wine combinations to avoid.
Explore how the key components in food – acidity, salt and sweetness – impact the way we taste wine. Learn skills that can be applied to any menu or wine list.
What is included:
- Interactive lesson on how to make great wine and food pairings.
- We’ve opted for a premium set of 3 wines to illustrate this lesson. We’ll be using Domaine Schieferkopf Riesling, Rocca di Montemassi Sassabruna (Super Tuscan) and Nederburg Winemaster’s Reserve Noble Late Harvest.
- Cheese buffet
