BOCA will be hosting Chef Billy Baroja from Spain’s Balearic Islands, for a collaboration dinner with Chef Matthijs Stinnissen.
They will be honouring ingredients form the Arabian Gulf and tastes of the Mediterranean.
Diners will be given a dish by each chef for each course of the meal – so really you’re getting six different dishes throughout the meal.
