With over 23 years of culinary expertise that spans the globe, Chef Joshi brings a world of flavors and techniques to the heart of downtown Dubai. His journey started in India, where he received formal training at the prestigious Oberoi School in Delhi. From there, he ventured to London, perfecting his craft under the mentorship of renowned chefs Eric Chavot and Gordon Ramsay.
