Talk “Dirty” To Me is a five-course dining experience for curious wine lovers who want to dig a little deeper—literally. Hosted at BOCA, this award-winning dinner explores how fascinating soil types shape the flavour, texture, and intensity of some truly exceptional wines.

While soils can get a bit wine-nerdy, this evening keeps things light, fun, and totally approachable, pairing each wine with beautifully crafted dishes to bring the theory to life on the plate. Along the way, we’ll also uncover how climate, landscape, and human touch come together to create unforgettable expressions of terroir.
