Along the way, our sommelier will guide you through the tasting, helping you understand what makes each wine unique—from the regions they come from, to how they’re made, and the flavour profiles to expect. But the learning doesn’t stop at the glass. You’ll also discover the origins and stories behind each tapa, exploring the culinary traditions that have made Spanish cuisine beloved worldwide. We’re proud to bring this event to life once again in partnership with the award-winning BOCA, one of Dubai’s top restaurants. And we’re especially fortunate to have Spanish Chef Patricia Roig leading the kitchen—sharing her heritage through authentic, elevated tapas that honour both tradition and creativity.
