2. Learn to prepare American BBQ smoked brisket from scratch with the best in the business, Hattam Mattar of Mattar Farms. 
3. We’ll teach you the tips to making great wine and food pairing matches, then you’ll get to put your new skills to the test eating a delicious spread from BBs and some of Mattar Farms brisket.
