There is no one right answer for great red wine and steak pairings. The cut, cooking temperature, sauce, and marbling (amongst several other factors) all play a role in creating the perfect steak pairing. Join this tasting where The Tasting Class will present wine pairings to a 5-course meat feast, while Group Executive Chef, Praba Manickam, teaches us about the quality of a meat cut and grading systems from the worlds’ best meat producing nations.
