Meat Pairing Masterclass – Homegrown@Souk

The Tasting Class is taking part in Homegrown@Souk, Souk Madinat Jumeirah’s eco-friendly food festival is back from March 26 to April 3 2021. The week-long schedule of masterclasses will provide a range of educational, fun and informative sessions at some of Souk Madinat Jumeirah’s most-popular restaurants, with options for kids and adults.

Learn the art of the pairing in the plush surroundings of the The Meat Co. alongside a sommelier from the Tasting Class.

When does the masterclass run?

The masterclass will take place on Sunday, March 28 from 7PM to 9PM as part of Souk Madinat Jumeirah’s Homegrown@Souk food festival. It will take place at The Meat Co., which is also our meeting point – please be there by 6:45PM so we can start on time.

What is included?

• A guided lesson by a sommelier from The Tasting Class
• Learn about pairing your favourite grape with cuts of meat, wagyu, venison, lamb and black onyx
• Wine and meat pairings will be provided 
• Water
